𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐰

The Quality Assurance Cell of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Languages has organized a workshop titled " Workshop on Human Rights and Labour Law". It's scheduled to be held on 24th March 2025 at 1.00 PM in the Faculty Board Room, Faculty of Social Sciences and Languages. The resource person for this session will be Dr. HUS Pradeep, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences and Languages, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka.

We have designed this workshop to provide non-academic staff with a clear understanding of their rights and responsibilities under human rights and labour laws, ensuring a fair and respectful workplace. And also, to educate participants on workplace ethics, legal compliance, and grievance-handling procedures, enabling them to address workplace issues effectively and professionally.
