“හිතක් ළඟ නතර වෙන පොතක්” featured Mr. Mohan Raj Madawala and was organized by Sociology undergraduates of the Department of Social Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences and Languages, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, in collaboration with the University Library under the Plaz Cafe Project.
The event was held on 22nd March 2024 at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Languages. The programme functioned as a reflective intellectual platform that encouraged critical discussion and literary appreciation, while also motivating students to engage in their own literary creations outstanding works were recognized and the winners were awarded certificates, thereby fostering creativity, participation and a stronger appreciation of literature within the academic community.
