๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐œ๐ž ๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง - Dr. HUS Pradeep, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences and Languages (FSSL), Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka.

The Quality Assurance Cell of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Languages has successfully conducted a workshop titled "๐‡๐ฎ๐ฆ๐š๐ง ๐‘๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐‹๐š๐›๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐‹๐š๐ฐ" on 24th March 2025 at 1.00 pm in the Faculty Board Room, FSSL.

We have designed this workshop to provide non-academic staff with a clear understanding of their rights and responsibilities under human rights and labor laws. The workshop aims to ensure a fair and respectful workplace, educate participants on workplace ethics and legal compliance, and familiarize them with grievance-handling procedures. Prof. Manohari Uduporuwa, Acting Dean/FSSL, Dr. RAHM Rupasingha, Quality Assurance Cell Coordinator/FSSL, and Ms. Yashodha Chandrasekara, Assistant Registrar/FSSL, graced the occasion with their presence, adding significance and inspiration to the event. Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to our resource person Dr. HUS Pradeep as well as the enthusiastic participants who made this event a resounding success.
