Mentoring Session III – Successfully Concluded!
We are delighted to announce that Mentoring Session III: “Personal Grooming, Professional Development, and Ethics” under the Faculty Academic Mentoring Programme for Newly Recruited Academics was successfully conducted today.
A special thank you to Prof. T. C. Gamage, Department of Marketing Management, Faculty of Management Studies, for serving as the Resource Person and delivering an inspiring and insightful session. Her guidance on building academic identity, communication etiquette, presentation skills, and maintaining professional ethics was truly enriching and greatly appreciated by all participants.
We were also honoured to have Professor Rohan Abeywickrama, Dean – Faculty of Social Sciences and Languages, as the Special Invitee. He delivered a thoughtful and motivating special speech, emphasizing the importance of professionalism, continuous development, and the mentoring culture within the university.
