The Quality Assurance Cell of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Languages has successfully conducted a workshop titled "Cultivating a Growth Mindset" on 14th October 2025 at 9.00 AM in the Prof. Dayananda Somasundara Auditorium, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka.

This workshop helped students begin their university journey with confidence and a positive mindset. They built resilience, strengthened their ability to face challenges, and developed strategies to stay motivated and focused on their goals. Students also learned simple techniques to remain positive and get the best out of university life.
